Belle de Boskoop 

Good all-rounder and excellent keeper from the Netherlands. Fruit is large, with a dull russet face. White-green flesh is sharp and aromatic and keeps its shape when cooked, so it's ideal for baking. Late bearing, semi-dwarf tree (to 7 m) produces in 3-5 yrs.

Bramley

Heritage English cooking apple, prized for its fluffy pulp when sauteed or baked. Firm flesh with good acidity it's tart yet sweet. Medium to large conical fruit and a good keeper.  Hardy and vigorous, it's also a heavy cropper.

Cox Orange Pippin 

One of the finest apples ever grown. Aromatic with a rich, juicy, nut-flavoured flesh and complex acidity, this heritage variety is a particular favourite for eating. Vigorous grower, it matures early to mid season.

    Heritage Liberty Apple Trees

Hetlina 

Belgian native, the tree gives medium-sized russeted fruit that's both firm and crisp, a good eater high in riboflavin and prized for its beneficial compounds. Early season variety, it's a hardy, reliable cropper that can reach 6m in height.

Initial 

An easy grower resistant to a number of diseases and pests, this cross between the Gala and Red Free has medium to large fruit. Skin has a 3/4 blush over a yellow face with a crisp flesh that's aromatic, mildly acidic, and good eating. Early season, easy grower known for its resistance to a number of diseases and pests.

Liberty 

One of our favourite (and aptly-named) disease and pest-resistant varieties. Balanced crisp flavour coupled with an eye-catching attractive red blush, it's a brilliant dessert apple. Tree is easy-growing and heavy-bearing.
