We only sell things that we have tried and in the case of this product I used my first one that much that after 6 years I wore it out and had to go and get another one.

The holes make it perfect for stirring pasta sauces and mixing.  The edge is so fine you can flip anything from an omelette to an individual fish fillet.    It's great for taking the air out of jams so they don't boil over but do stay hot.

The wide head makes it great for stir-fry's and moving a lot of stuff around at once and the curved handle and head makes it easy to manouvere and scoop out the contents of a pan onto the plate.
