This was perhaps the most bemusing part of the show for me. We'd spent the best part of a week dancing around these Show Gardens with kid gloves - not allowed to breath on them let alone touch or walk on them ... and then in the last 2 hours of the show on Sunday evening The Great Sell Off started. The gardens were literally ripped apart and sold off to show goers ... how weird.
Our congratulations to the Incredible Edibles Garden and the Good Garden Trust Garden for choosing to donate their gardens to a local childrens home and not take part in what was quite a bizarre spectacle.
