Our Daisy Dairy Kit contains everything you need to make lovely creamy Feta Cheese and stretchy Mozzarella.

These are two of the easiest, fastest cheeses to start with and yield a high volume of cheese for the quantity of milk used.  

Each kit contains:

• Feta Frame made from non-tainting Kahikatea wood.
• 1m cotton cheese cloth
• Sachet of cheese culture for 100 litres of milk.
• Bottle of vegetarian rennet for 100 litres of milk.
• Box of citric acid
• Easy to follow recipes with photographs.
