Winter is here and our Cheese Courses are back on. Spend an evening learning how to make cheese with local instructor Irma Jager.

21st of August - 1pm - 2pm Mozzarella Making Demo at EcoFest.

Come along at 1pm to see a free demonstration of making Mozzarella Cheese at our stall in the Demonstration Tent at EcoFest at Trafalgar Park.

 

31st of August - 6pm - 9pm Mozzarella, Keffir & Icecream

Our popular Mozzarella class is back.   Limited to 14 people you work in pairs and take home a cheese at the end of the evening.  

You will also learn how to make icecream and keffir on the course and get step by step recipes to take home with you.

$55.00 per person

19th of September - 6-9pm Feta, Paneer and Yoghurt

Make your own proper Feta Cheese at home.   You will be working in pairs and will get a cheese to take home with you at the end of the evening.   Places are limited to 14 people.   You will also learn how to make Paneer and Yoghurt at home and get recipes to take home.

$55.00 per person

12th of October - 6-9pm Sourdough Bread and Camembert Cheese.

Learn to make your own proper Camembert cheeses and sourdough bread.   Course includes a Camembert mould and you get to take home a loaf of sourdough bread.

$80.00 per person

Trafalgar Centre Kitchen

30th - 31st October - Gouda Hard Cheese

This is a 2 day course:

Saturday 1pm - 8pm

Sunday 10am - 12pm

You will learn to make a hard cheese,   Gouda and also a soft cheese, Quark.  Participants will require a hard cheese press to do the course and we are offering a 20% discount on our hard cheese presses for those doing the course.

$105 per person excluding press.

Riverside Community Kitchen.
